Stout Hearted Wins 2012 Kingston Town Stakes – Spring Results

The Group 3 Kingston Town Stakes was won by Stout Hearted when it was run last Saturday September 15, 2012, at Rosehill Gardens Racecourse.

Stout Hearted won the race by one and a half lengths ahead of Crafty Irna, who placed second, and Strawberry Boy, who passed the post in third.

The has won six of his 15 race starts and has earned more than $240,000 in prive money during his horse racing career.

Stout Hearted is nominated for the 2,000 metre Hill Stakes at Royal Randwick this weekend, as well as the 2012 The Metropolitan, 2012 Caulfield Cup and 2012 Melbourne Cup this spring.

The four-year-old gelding has won four of his six race starts this preparation and is in top form going into the second half of his spring preparation.
